This page describes how the website for reporting violations to the Oversight Board/Anti-corruption and 231/2001 Function (hereinafter also the "Site") operates and is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it and use its services.
The information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (the "Regulation") to those who interact with Fincantieri S.p.A.'s web services, accessible electronically from the Site.
The information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted through the links present and for which Fincantieri S.p.A. is not responsible.

Following consultation of the Site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

2. Place and principles of data processing
The processing connected to the web services of this Site takes place at the offices of the Controller or at the offices of the suppliers who support the Controller. In general, such systems are however maintained within the borders of the European Union.
The data collected during use are processed, exclusively by authorized persons, with the use of automated and non-automated tools, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
In order to prevent the loss of data, as well as its illegal or improper use, specific security measures are implemented to ensure confidentiality and to avoid undue access by third parties or unauthorized personnel, in compliance with legal obligations.

3.1 Anonymous navigation data
The browsing data (e.g., IP addresses) and access logs of the whistleblowers are not tracked.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

5. Purpose and legal basis of processing
The personal data collected will be processed specifically and solely in relation to the purposes of management of the Site based on the legitimate interest of the Controller.
